Director of Creative Services – Trafilea

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple external partners’ relationships for assets and campaign creation as the bridge between both companies to ensure excellence in the outcome.

  • In partnership with marketing managers, content and development teams, operations manage and schedule all creative in-house projects, resources, and deliverables -from concept to final delivery.

  • Lead status meetings and manage the daily production schedule

  • Improve internal processes of communication, deliverables within the team and with cross-functional areas to drive efficiency.

  • Drive and develop the end-to-end Marketing and Content Development Process to optimize creative output, reducing production lead times and increasing effectiveness.

  • Hire, grow and mentor a world-class in house creative team that is performance-first, customer centric and with a passion for effective digital communications.

  • Build and sustain an agile methodology framework within the team, coordinating the internal talents, priorities and ensure updates and transparency of deliverables.

  • Use a project management system and other verification techniques to manage project scope and schedule. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques

  • Responsible for the successful creative execution of 360 integrated campaigns across multiple touchpoints that drive revenue growth and position the brand.

  • Lead planning and execution of brand assets including: store assets, licensing, TV and radio, organic and paid social media, packaging, public relations, Influencers, Direct Mail, SMS, trade shows, market research, brands relations.

  • Must possess a strong working knowledge of project management, design and brand development, and marketing.

  • Must be familiar with a variety of branding and marketing strategies.

  • Must know how to nurture and adapt an existing brand to suit changing circumstances within the company and the industry.

  • Must be incredibly self-motivated and innovative.

  • Must be creative with a unique approach to persistent problems, adding value to existing products and deriving positives from negatives.

  • Must be able to take charge of any situation, exerting a dominant vision and encouraging others to support that vision.

  • Must have exceptional communication skills and be able to bridge the gap between the business and creative sides of the company.

  • Must be able to multitask and manage a number of different projects at once.

  • Must be able to translate ideas into actionable projects.
