Hubspot Lead Generation Specialist – dLocal

What’s the opportunity?

The Demand Generation Specialist role is instrumental in driving dLocal’s global growth. At the confluence of Marketing and Sales, Hubspot knowledge is essential for this role, which will lead the charge to deliver highly qualified leads by leveraging marketing automation. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and working closely with the global marketing team, you will orchestrate multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns that drive demand and revenue. As the demand generation subject matter experts, you will also select and manage relevant marketing tools to power the lead generation engine.

What will I be doing?

  • Design, build, maintain, and execute demand generation plans aligned with customer acquisition goals.
  • Implement and manage Hubspot Marketing Hub (Hubspot knowledge required).
  • Develop forms, lists, CTAs, emails, workflows, and other tools within HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Segment leads, prospects, and customer database.
  • Create impactful nurture programs and workflows.
  • Create lead scoring rules, nurture programs, and marketing automation rules to track and move leads down the funnel based on their engagement with our brand and content to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.
  • Align with sales on key criteria that define a quality MQL and develop marketing campaigns that deliver the said MQLs to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to define the handoff process from Marketing to Sales and ensure leads engagement from the sales team.
  • Develop processes and rules that ensure lead generation optimization and marketing ROI through automation.
  • Coordinate with the Digital, Content, Events, Communications, and Field Marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and timely execution of successful demand generation campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, sales conversations, and revenue.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, personas, value propositions, and solution benefits.
  • Stay up to date with MarTech trends and propose additional tech stacks that would improve our marketing capabilities
  • What skills do I need?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or other related fields.
  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience with a technology company.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics and levers to move the needle on generating qualified leads and accelerating opportunity and pipeline velocity.
  • Expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement.
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management.
  • Working knowledge of MarTech stack such as DemandBase, Hootsuite, Sprout, MailChimp, Hotjar, Typeform, GA, WordPress, Unbounce, etc.
  • Ability to navigate CRM systems such as Copper.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, generate insights and translate it into new campaigns and actionable changes.
  • Strong project management and communications skills to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and drive alignment and execution across multifunctional and multicultural teams.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and bias for action, as well as a deep understanding of technology, and the ability to communicate complex topics effectively.
  • Experience and knowledge of the FinTech and payments industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely and to adapt to changing work environments.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking and innovation.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
