Job Summary

• To market and sell range of Waterproofing, Sealants, Grouts, Concrete repair & protection products to customers in assigned territory
• To provide customer service and managing assigned product group and customers to meet the pre-agreed sales budget profitably within assigned costs and ensure timely collection of debts.
• To assist Construction Systems business in getting systems specified for major projects and in the market and launch of new product or systems. Responsibilities
• To carry out marketing and sales of Waterproofing, Sealants, Grouts, Concrete repair & protection in the assigned territory within the strategies, policies and guidelines established by the Sales Manager – Construction Systems.
• To develop sales strategy plans, including implementation of the plans, to take tactical action, monitoring/controlling and reviewing the result.
• To develop, maintain, and implement up-to-date sales procedures, budgets, and sales programmes aimed at achieving improvement of sales performance and profit objectives.
• To plan, prepare and conduct product and company promotion, working together with related department and branches.
• To develop knowledge of market conditions within assigned territory to determine sales potential and appropriate sales strategies.
• To provide technical assistance and information to customers industry related subjects.
• To follow-up on overdue accounts and collection of debts.
• To analyse competitor products, prices and their activities within assigned territory.
• To provide a Monthly Report, Call Planning Reports, Monthly Sales Forecast and Prospect/Project List as required by Sales Manager.
• To develop sales aids, seminars, oral and written presentation to develop accounts within the assigned territory.
• To create opportunities for promotion of the Waterproofing, Sealants, Grouts, Concrete repair & protection Systems to authorities and specifiers by organising regular appropriate seminars and promotion activities and getting appropriate system(s) specified for major projects.
• To assist in marketing and launch of new products or systems in the Building Systems range. Experience

Minimum 5 years in related Field

Education

Degree in Civil/Building Engineering

Technical & Professional Knowledge

Familiar with Construction Chemical products

Previous Experience in Construction Chemicals Industry will be an added advantage
