Project Manager (Chatbot and Live Chat) – null

A few words about the client: The client is an international household name in the logistics world, recognised as one of the best. Now with big plans to overhaul their customer services, I have been asked to find a project manager with Chatbot & live chat services experience.

Tasks

This will be a massive project for the right person. You will be implementing and creating a finished proof of concept – then rolling it out to 28 countries!

Requirements

• Someone with solid project management and Salesforce Chatbot experience that can implement and roll out live chat services across their company
