Job Description:

As a Field Service Representative at Parsons your role will be essential to the delivery, operations, maintenance, and enhancements of Parsons developed software. Come join our team and support technically diverse systems that are constantly evolving as the technology landscape changes. This role is supporting the mission essential, globally fielded, Command and Control Incident Management Emergency Response Application (C2IMERA). You will be critical to keeping C2IMERA operational and ready to respond to any global incident, ultimately leading to expedited incident responses with reduced casualties.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Configure and maintain C2IMERA in the cloud

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills as you provide customer support to end users

  • Coordinate with engineers and end users to ensure C2IMERA’s functionality supports mission

  • Periodic travel may be required

  • Extended support hours during exercises or during incident response is needed to ensure users are effectively utilizing the C2IMERA capabilities

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 2 – 4 years of experience, or a Masters degree with 0-2 years of experience

  • Active U.S. Secret clearance

  • 5 + years of customer-facing experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience on global, agile team

  • Ability to change direction as customer requirements dictate

  • Desire and ability to learn new skills and technology

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Experience with incident response and emergency management planning or support, ideally Air Force experience

  • Experience supporting the Air Force Agile Combat Employment (ACE) concept

  • Experienced with frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, and theories

  • Ability to work under general supervision while providing solutions to problems of moderate scope/complexity
