Main Activities:
- Develop hardware applications from conception to testing
- Cover the following aspects: system architecture, mechanics, electronic cards, programmable components, power distribution
- Create hardware specifications
- Design architecture of electronic cards
- Draw up schemes of electronic cards
- Integrate pluggable optical components (b/w, coherent) up to 800 Gb/s on boards
- Perform unitary tests
- Perform environmental, esd and emc tests
- Perform hardware validation in system environment
- Perform Compliance test
- Maintain and enhance test automation environment
You will work as a member of the hardware development team in our Optics R&D Center on the Air Campus in Nuremberg.
