Job Description

We are looking for an experienced highly motivated and technical JDE Manufacturer focused on applying emerging technologies.

Note: This is a remote position.

Skill / Qualifications

• Candidate must have good experience of supporting Product Data Management, Product Costing, Manufacturing Accounting, Shop Floor Control, Material Planning, Forecasting and Quality Management modules
• Experience with Inventory Management, Sales Order Management, Warehousing and Procurement will be highly regarded
• Industry knowledge in the industries in which JD Edwards typically excels in
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience, ideally in a customer support or project role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
• Working experience in a Global Delivery Model (Onsite/Offshore Model) is an added advantage
• Must be an excellent team player
• Should possess excellent customer interaction skills on technology or business issues
• Ability to work independently
• Process-focused, with keen attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and a relationship builder by nature who develops real and long-lasting relationships with clients
• Should be familiar with Data Migration, Validation, Configuration, Training to End Users
• Ability to manage working over multiple customers

Job Responsibilities

• Lead our customers and colleagues through the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation and ongoing support of Oracle JD Edwards Manufacturing and Shop Floor Solutions
• Assist with presales activities and provide support in the preparation of implementation estimates, proposals, and statements of work
• Facilitate presentations, demonstrations, and design workshops with prospective and existing JD Edwards customers
• Work closely with all facets of the requirement including delivery, project management, support, and sales to constantly strive for superior outcomes for our customers
• Case Management using ITIL processes
• Assist Team members with cases
• Leveraging support knowledge to create process improvement opportunities
• Producing a functional design for new and existing requirements
