You will play a key role in our growing UX team as the go-to expert for data-driven UX design; a big business focus that has the attention of senior stakeholders.

We believe that design is never done and that the devil is in the detail, that’s why we need you to be responsible for applying a continuous improvement mindset to our entire online presence. Your focus will be on continuous improvement of our digital experiences where you will gather insights from web analytics and combine them with other quantitative and qualitative data in order to identify improvement areas, design improved experiences and drive measurable impact on key business KPIs such as conversion rate.

Our highly-skilled UX team is still small but makes big business outcomes and together with our Design Lead, you will establish the best possible ways of working and improve how we evolve data-driven design and stay on top of the latest tools and trends.


Areas of responsibility

Based on your skillset, level of expertise and experience, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyse – Assess the performance of digital experiences through web analytics and find the right focus areas for potential improvements.
  • Design & build – Together with another UX Designer, collaborate on ideating and designing the right changes before building A/B tests yourself for smaller changes or collaborate with developers for bigger changes.
  • Test, measure & evaluate – Assess the performance of design changes, analyse performance and make data-driven UX recommendations.
  • Facilitate decision making – Facilitate prioritisation between UX, frontend and stakeholders to ideate, define and run optimizations across digital platforms.
  • Ways of working – Own improving the ways of working for Continuous Improvements.


Skillset, mindset and experience

We want to hear from experienced UX Designers, but we are also open to hearing from UX or design researchers with the right skillset.

What’s important is that you’re the right detail-oriented hybrid that have:

  • 5+ years of experience in user experience design or similar field
  • A designer’s approach to problem solving, being both user-centred and data-driven.
  • An analytical mindset for exploring quantitative data to generate actionable findings.
  • Hands-on experience working with web analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics or similar
  • Have hands-on experience with writing in HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Be able to communicate your ideas for designs through low fidelity prototypes
  • Have experience working closely with developers and product owners
  • Be able to work professionally in English both written and verbally.

Additionally, we are interested in candidates that:

  • Experience using the latest design tools like Sketch, Figma, Miro, or similar.
  • Understanding and experience with JavaScript & jQuery coding.
  • Has experience from retail and e-commerce.
