E-Merchandising Specialist – Fendi

The position is based in Fendi HQ in Rome. Reporting to the E-Business Manager and closely working with WW Retail Merchandising teams both in HQ and the regions, the candidate will have the main responsibility to contribute to the E-Commerce business growth through the support to all the E-Merchandising activities.

Main Responsibilities

• During Buying session, support in defining the E-Commerce buying strategy, set the E-Commerce Core Offer in cooperation with WW Retail Merchandising Team
• Support zone teams during buying sessions ensuring the right E-Commerce allocation and depth
• Responsible of online catalogue updates: pre-order & launch set up and coordination; define and coordinate product pushes on the website; organize product categorization online; support dedicated online product depletion activities with Supply Chain and WW Retail Merch
• Review product ranking and placements across the websites; Prepare E-VM guidelines
• Analyse stock & sales identifying areas of opportunities and improvement
• Periodically and systematically benchmark the online competition in terms of merchandising, product-related launching and E-Commerce activities

Profile

The position requires an individual who works well in changing environment, fast and dynamic.

• Working from 2 to 4 years in retail merchandising (1 year in E-Commerce Merchandising preferred)
• University degree in Economics, Engineering, Business or related fields
• Analytical background and skills, excellent usage of Excel
• Good product knowledge and merchandising skills
• Knowledge about E-Commerce landscape, processes and competition. Preferred experience with online merchandising tools and logics (personalization, cross sell and up sell)
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, especially during buying sessions and launches
• Teamwork and communication skills, detail oriented
• Fluent English needed
