ABOUT THE JOB

This is a new role at NRF Italy, designed to meet the increasing demand for insourcing finance administrative tasks and support the expansion of NRF Italy. With the NRF Italy team consisting of 16 employees and a broader workforce of 450 across Europe, this role is essential for streamlining financial operations and facilitating the company’s growth in the region. As Finance Administrator you will report to the CFO in the Netherlands and be part of the international finance team based in Spain, Netherlands, France and Poland. You will be responsible for administrative processes within Finance, working closely with the Italian accounting firm Studio Barbieri. If you show potential, there is the possibility to take on a broader role in the future by also being responsible for accounting.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• With attention to detail you ensure the collection and recording of all relevant data on orders, cost centers, hours, stock, debtors and creditors in the ERP system.
• Supported by your good work organization skills, you secure timely payments by our clients, and manage any overdue positions.
• In close cooperation with the head offices in The Netherlands you prepare payments and secure overview of required payments to suppliers.
• In cooperation with the Italian administration office you compile balance sheets and summaries of results.
• Apply your analytical skills to prepare reports on tax and other obligations to the holding company, taking into account legal requirements.

WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in administration and finance
• Knowledge of accounting
• Good level of English, both written and spoken, to be able to communicate with your international colleagues
