HR Intern – Emerson

By joining Emerson as an HR Intern , you will have a significant role in initiating and creating lasting relationships with local country organizations for Emerson Automations Solutions in Italy

In this position, we will give you the opportunity to provide valuable insight into some of the most meaningful, inclusive, organizations dedicated to diverse professionals with different areas of expertise (engineering, sales, business administrations, etc.)

This role will be a core enabler to our European Strategy and will be an integral part of the European Talent Acquisition Team.

The post holder will be required to travel to a certain degree throughout Italy to meet with groups representatives

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Identify and initiate contact with local social media channels, job boards, local women professional associations and related groups.
• Evaluate the impact and relevance of the identified groups or job boards and make recommendations to the Europe HR Leadership Team.
• Liaise with the Employer Branding department to define materials to be advertised within these groups/ job boards.
• Help translate advertising materials into the local language, to promote within the identified groups/ channels.
• Work together with the Centralized Talent Acquisition Team about vacancies that need to be promoted within the identified groups.
• Other duties as the need arise.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEEDTO BE:

• Fresh graduate/ Student in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
• Proficiency in English
