Payroll Manager
Main responsibilities
- Accountable for the results of the in scope Legal Entity (LE) payroll.
- Works as first point of contact for the in scope LE payroll.
- Ensures the LE payroll is completed in a timely and accurate manner by accurately creating, maintaining and validating employee payroll data and records by gathering, calculating monitoring, and inputting data as necessary.
- Ensures the production of payroll output for finance.
- Ensures payroll controls are in place and their efficacy.
- Responsible for keeping all payroll data safe and confidential at all times while adhering to local rules for data protection (GDPR).
- Monitors payroll data collection – intervenes to gather critical data/details related to employee H2R cycle
- Co-ordinates the local payroll consultant and provider
- Co-ordinates efforts with the shared service team Zagreb/ 3rd Party labor law consultant to ensure delivery of data for payroll is accurate, clear and complete
- Monitors and responds to incoming calls, e-mails, post and messages to ensure a first class service for all employees.
- Manages requests/communication from governmental bodies (INPS/INAIL/Agenzia delle Entrate) in order to ensure compliance in fiscal/contribution law for payroll.
Requirement
- At least 10 years of experience in HR Operations / Payroll
- Knowledge of Pharma-Chemical business and labor law
- Proficiency in Italian and English languages
- Keen eye for data & analytics
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong sense of accountability
- Proactivity in obtaining needed information
