Local Unit & Position Description: We are looking for a new colleague to join our DNV Business Assurance Certification Operations Food & Beverage team as a Planner. The main goal of the role is to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit planning process for F&B schemes.

The main responsibilities will include: *
- Plan audits in compliance with standards/protocols requirements and DNV Business Assurance policies.
- Update the database and keep it updated with all subsequent clients’ changes (data quality).
- Ensure the positive and efficient communication flow within the organization and with clients and customers.
- Prepare and send planning communication to the clients.
- Monitor chargeability.
Position Qualifications:
- Good level of English,
- Native or fluent Italian
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- At least 2-3 years’ previous work experience in back office roles, preferably in structured/ international companies
- Knowledge of the F&B Certification business preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
