The Role

Enter and monitor customer orders received via emails, e-shop and web portals - Ensure received orders are in line with the agreements and quotations
- Manage unclear and deviating contract conditions
- Follow up deliveries and inform the customer proactively
- Process invoices and credit notes
- Manage overdue receivables and blocked orders
- Maintain Customer Master Data
- Manage customer complaints and returns
- Give support to the customers at any moment to ensure customer satisfactions

What we expect of you?

High school education - Minimum of 1 year working experience in customer care
- Cope with pressure and maintain a positive working attitude
- Customer focus and commitment
- Effectively manage multiple tasks in a high workload and deadline driven working environment
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Excellent verbal and written English required
- Excellent computer skills, Ideally knowledge of SAP
