He or She shall be responsible for organizing and coordinating schedules, and supervise sales assistants. Ability to track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance, monitor sales activities to ensure customers receive satisfactory quality goods, making inventory stock and reorder when necessary. He/she should be persuasive and goal-oriented, ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, have a good communication skill and be excellent on customer service.
