Job Role: Artificial intelligence /Machine Learning Tutor

We Urgently seek a responsible Senior trainer/AI Lead who will be able to undertake productively the under listed responsibilities.

Responsible for providing instruction on ONE or MORE of the following:

• Scientific Computation using Numpy
• Tabular Data with Pandas Data Modelling and Preprocessing with Scikit Learn
• Time-Series Analysis with Statsmodels
• Text processing with Regular Expressions, NLTK
• Deep Learning with Tensorflow, Pytorch

Requirements

• Must have completed the NYSC at the time of application
• A master?s degree in a relevant field is an added advantage
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in the fields of machine learning / Artificial Intelligence
• Advanced Level Python skills is a MAJOR requirement
• Bust be proficient in at least 2 other programming languages (Java being one)
• Must be passionate about learning and advancing their skills
• Should be a highly motivated individual with leadership skills to guide and lead participants on the program
• Must reside in Enugu, Nsukka or environs OR be able to report to these locations at a very short notice.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English Language is a MAJOR advantage
• Must have a high degree of flexibility.

Primary responsibilities

• Collaborate with the lead instructor to produce learning and coaching materials.
• Work with program coordinators and managers to ensure initiatives are being met.
• Tutor students on a group or individual basis.
• Teach students how to write machine learning computer programs and algorithms
• Create, supervise and score assessments (tests and projects)
• Keep records of assessments, grades, grade papers, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
• Create lesson plans.
• Utilize available curriculum resources and recommend enhancements when and where necessary.
• Integrate competencies, goals, and objectives into lesson plans.
• Utilize curricula that reflect the diverse educational backgrounds of the students served. Develop and recommend incentives to keep participants in class.
• Read and stay abreast of current topics in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Produce video and text tutorials and training materials.
• Gather and report on students metrics
• Effectively manage the classroom (physical and virtual) by implementing discipline, time management, and organization consistent with the academy?s policies.
• Create a positive educational climate for students to learn in.
