Female Social Media Manager/ Administrative Officer

Our client in the beauty industry is in need of a Social Media Manager/Administrative Officer for the following tasks;

• answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
• maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
• typing, preparing and collating reports
• filing
• organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes, writing memos)
• Handling of social media inbox messages and website chat.
• prioritising workloads
• implementing new procedures and administrative systems
• liaising with relevant organisations and clients
• coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
• logging or processing bills or
  expenses
• acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients

Qualifications:

• HND or B.sc degree.
• OND might be considered.
• two years of work experience

• – Handing of Multi-Line Phone Systems
• – Excellent verbal written communication
• -Office administration
• – Microsoft Office and Corel draw
• – Social media management and blogging
• – Report Writing and record-keeping
