Lead Nurture – Africa – Agency

Context

Lead Nurture sits within our Regional Office and plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and guidance to students who enquiry directly (B2C), with a focus on counselling at the pre-application stage to match the right universities to students? needs. Predominately sales focused, this person will help increase the number of converted, completed applications liaising with key stakeholders on all things pertaining to the lead nurture process increasing revenue from secondary spend services and products. Using online sales tools and reporting platforms, Lead Nurture staff will execute centrally- and regionally-led lead nurture strategies while also providing market insights and feedback to help inform future product, proposition, and marketing efforts.


Key accountabilities and duties

  • Language proficiency: must be highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling, emailing and other prospecting channels.
  • Utilizing virtual meetings, messaging apps and relevant communication tools to build relationships with new students.
  • Advising students on suitable programs based on their needs and specifications.
  • Be the main point of contact for prospective students and parents in the lead to completed application phase
  • Optimise student conversion rates from lead/opportunity to completed application stage.
  • Identify key buying criteria and information on any non-INTO applications made by the student
  • Use multi-channel messaging platforms to respond to customer enquiries within agreed timescales.
  • Increase revenue from ancillary spend services including accommodation, airport pick-ups and other INTO products.
  • Understand current immigration legislation and provide accurate information to students regarding the visa process to minimise visa refusal rates.
  • Use CRM, PowerBI and offline reports to identify performance shortfalls.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders both externally and internally.
  • Liaise with the Visa Support Services (UK) and PASS (US) teams to understand processes, compliance issues and provide feedback on market intelligence.
  • Identify and report back on recruitment and conversion patterns, providing feedback as and when required.
  • Identify reasons for, and suggest ideas/strategies to mitigate against students not following through with the application process
  • Identify destinations and outcomes of students who do not enrol with INTO and our partners, to help inform future product, proposition and marketing efforts
