Sales Specialist – Jobberman (Third Party Recruitment)

.The role will be permanently based in Edo State, Nigeria and expected to undertake significant travel to key customers in other states. You will support the Marketing and Sales Manager in delivering the agreed sales targets and growth aligned with their overall business objectives with a dotted line to the Finance and Accounts function. You will provide recommendations for production planning based on expert knowledge of customer needs and market sector movements/research.

The ideal candidate will have a related graduate degree and the following experiences and skills:

• A people person with a customer-centric, sales-oriented mindset
• 3-5 years of experience in a sales role with a strong track record meeting targets
• Experience in sales of agriculture products and services is advantageous
• Experience in customer relationship management and associated tools
• Analytics experience is advantageous
• Effective verbal and written communication in English. Communication in other local (Nigerian) languages a plus
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Confident in the use of MS tools. Meticulous at sales recording and accounting
• A demonstrable strong industry/sector knowledge and/or network is advantageous
