- Handle multiple tasks & manage all admin activities related to various departments.
- Assist CEO to organize the workflow follow up action.
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings of various departments.
- Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.
- Develop & update administrative systems to make them more efficient; resolve administrative problems.
- Proficient in handling Microsoft Office.
- Coordinate with HR for office activities.
- Maintain the stationary stock.
- Assist with the office documentation as required.
- Ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) with the ability to learn new software programs.
- Fluency in English is a must (oral and written).
- Must have good computer knowledge.
- Ability to work under extreme pressure.
