  • Handle multiple tasks & manage all admin activities related to various departments.
  • Assist CEO to organize the workflow follow up action.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings of various departments.
  • Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.
  • Develop & update administrative systems to make them more efficient; resolve administrative problems.
  • Proficient in handling Microsoft Office.
  • Coordinate with HR for office activities.
  • Maintain the stationary stock.
  • Assist with the office documentation as required.
  • Ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) with the ability to learn new software programs.
  • Fluency in English is a must (oral and written).
  • Must have good computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work under extreme pressure.
