Assistant Building Maintenance – H Bowling LLC – Dubai

We are looking for a talented and reliable Assistant Building Maintenance Technician who can join immediately our building maintenance team. In this position, your responsibility is to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises. Your duties will include conducting quality assessments, scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory, and developing preventative maintenance procedures.

Our ideal candidate have in-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, hydraulic systems, and basic tools and appliances. Must have a working experience in a UAE facility management company. To excel in this position, you must be an outstanding problem-solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.

• Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
• Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
• Plan and schedule repairs.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Help develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
• Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have working experience from facility management company.
• Proven work experience as a Chief Maintenance Technician.
• Thorough knowledge in building maintenance or relevant field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be well- organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Educational Attainment: High school diploma / Certification or equivalent qualification.
• Visit visa can apply. (Visit Visa Expiry is not less than 60 days from the date of job posting)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions.
• Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Must be honest and having a pleasant personality.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED3,200.00 per month
