We are hiring for the position of JUNIOUR ACCOUNTANT.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling the Accounts Payable Cycle through coordination with Vendor for reconciliation and timely booking of invoices

Ensuring the correct booking of expenses under appropriate heads of account and cost center.
Reviewing the daily sales collection reports and ensuring the amounts are reconciled on daily basis.
Ensuring the cash/bank receipts are recorded and reconciled on daily basis for the retail business.
Managing the administrative tasks of filing, record keeping of physical as well as digital documents.
Coordination with Group companies from the Head of department for any accounts and admin related tasks, record keeping and accounting.
Ensure critical deadlines are met.
Work under pressure with the team as well as independently.
Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Line Manager.
