  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Greet and assist visitor
  • Manage Phone Calls and correspondence ( letters, packages etc.)
  • Monitoring of Billings and invoices
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and emails.
  • Perform other clerical accounting duties such as invoices, bank transfer.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
