Location : Dubai, UAE

Qualification:
LLB / LLM in any country
UAE legal qualification will be preferred
Exp: 10 years, with at least 5 years of experience in UAE legal work

Understanding of legal and compliance requirements in the UAE is a must.

Job Description:
Local law compliances, registrations and filings from corporate and labor law POV.
Drafting and negotiation of agreements
Interaction with government authorities for compliance purposes
Handing litigations
Professional knowledge in local language

Contract length: 24 months
