Operations Manager for Healthcare Organisation (Candidates from India preferred)

The Role

• This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual (mid to senior level), who wants to pursue a career in Healthcare Operations. We would like to invite candidates who have experience in the Healthcare Industry as Operations Professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing all practices established to monitor and manage the many processes such as financing, staffing, policy and facilities
• Other practices include from quality assurance, care coordination, staff certification and licensing, credentialing, overseeing health insurance and related claims risks, organising medical review, legal, auditing and compliance programs
• Overseeing the day-to-day practices of the hospital that influence the patient’s experience while also taking on higher-level strategic operations
• Adhering to the operating budget, financial goals and objectives with economic and efficient performance
• Establishing policies and procedures that support high-quality healthcare service, in partnership with hospital management, medical teams and the general public

• Managing a team of healthcare professionals

• Influencing strategic decisions related to hospital functions

• Resolving operational issues and analyses workflow

Operations Manager Requirements:

• Healthcare Industry Experience of 3 or more years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health services Administration, or similar

• Experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinic

• In-depth knowledge of the UAE Healthcare Market
• Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently

• Exceptional organisational skills to ensure that quality services are provided

• Knowledge of procuring supplies, equipment, and staff needed at the facility

• Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors

• Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Competent in the use of IT systems (Microsoft Office, HIS, HRMS, Salesforce, CRMS)
• Clinical governance / Quality management
• Understanding of DHA rules and regulations.
