Keep the restaurant orderly, clean and sanitized, especially the food preparation or handling areas. As well as coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure
Carry out marketing and sales.
Inventory management
Carry out the recruitment and selection of point of sale personnel in accordance with the company’s recruitment and selection policy.
Control sales costs.
Control labor costs.
