Sales Assistant – Internship:

Working hours: weekdays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Daily tasks:

  • Arrange the weekly report for meetings, share minutes of meetings with PJM team
  • Arrange daily flights traffic excel sheet
  • Prepare booking forms, brand agreements and invoice with PJM team, and follow-up with clients on payment status.
  • Prepare weekly report to MD and CEO.
  • Arrange daily tasks and liaise with clients for the campaign execution.

Prospecting:

  • Target new clients and agencies contacts in the UAE and KSA. Each week, we will obtain 20 new contacts and share intro emails and follow ups.
  • Share standard emails with PipeDrive clients and arrange meetings for the sales manager with interested clients.
  • Use LinkedIn and magazine as a research platform for new potential luxury brands in the UAE.
  • Use LinkedIn and magazine as a research platform for new potential luxury brands in the KSA market.

Contract length: 6 months
