Manager Brand Creative and Strategy – Qatar Airways – Doha

About the role

We are hiring for your skills to lead the brand creative and strategy deployment for assets created by the marketing department. The priority is to work across the brand teams and to review the brief, provide insights and lead the approach towards deployment which provides a consistent brand message across all platforms.

Other operational duties would include:

• Provide creative and strategic excellence by producing award quality work.
• Develop the brand’s creative strategy to deliver key visual identity and messaging in order to differentiate Qatar Airways from major competitors to drive and strengthen brand equity.
• Contribute to the broader business strategy and ensure marketing assets delivered are in-line with the broader brand strategic direction.
• Manage feedback from QR stakeholders, and ensure strategic alignment to meet the vision and deliver core KPIs, and exceed business expectations.
• Develop integrated visual identity and all associated businesses that ensures consistency of messaging and imagery in all key communication channels.
• Develop corporate marketing and brand assets (digital, offline. branded content) for utilisation across multiple geographies
• Develop campaigns and ensure and assets are delivered on time and within budget, and kept fresh to avoid creative exhaustion.
• Constantly look for improvement on the marketing deployment processes to improve effectiveness, spend efficiency and speed to market.
• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Marketing Team.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience
• 8+ required in a multi-national corporate or creative agency
• International and Middle Eastern marketing experience gained working with international brands in a multi-cultural work environment
• Working in cross-functional teams
• Experience working in a head office of a multi-national company
• Marketing experience in the airline, travel or hospitality industry
• Creative Director or Strategy experience in a full service creative agency
• Experience working either as a graphic designer or closely with graphic designers on a daily basis
• Senior stakeholder management experience
