Responsible for getting competitive pricing. Coordinating with the sales executives & counterparts/ Agents & after confirmation of the business informing the same to the agents/counterparts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Follow up on enquiries, by assuring that all requests are met properly to maintain the target of 1 day for FOB enquiries & 2 days for Exworks enquiries.
Maintain valid pricing for both ocean and air products for all common trade lanes.
Obtain the pricing at par to the market rates through constant negotiations.
Source the pricing from local shipping agents as well as Agility Offices.
To review the KPI report constantly and work towards achieving the KPI’s and maintaining the KPI’s above 95%.
Sourcing competitive rates for RFQs and quoting within the deadline

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
Experience of at least 3 years in freight forwarding
Must possess excellent communication skills with experience in tracing and tracking shipments and keeping customers updated at all times.
