Full Job Description

  • With seven (7) years of working experience at the supervisory level thus have managed all facets/functions of the HR & Administration Department such as but not limited to recruitment, organizational development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, employee information management, administrative services, etc.
  • Articulate both in terms of verbal and written communications; Have effective know-how in formulating policies, procedures, systems, and memorandums/correspondences.
  • In-depth knowledge of Qatar Labour Laws.
  • Highly analytical, system-driven & policy-procedure oriented.
  • Bachelors’ degree in Psychology/ Behavioral Management or any related discipline.
  • Female Candidates only.
