As a bilingual (Arabic and English) Account Manager you will be part of CSM Live’s Qatar team, to manage an existing sports account & will be responsible for:
Client communications, planning, budgeting, production processing, logistics, RAMS and artwork management.
You will take the lead in client management, developing the processes for the smooth operation of the project covering all events.
The role also includes the development of new innovations to improve the overall spectator experience, working with the wider CSM Live team.
Evaluation & Review – you will be familiar with KPI setting and delivery against them, leading in the collation of results and creation of evaluation documents.
Self & Team Management – you will build the respect and commitment of team members by developing a collaborative working relationship, delegating effectively and fairly.
Client / Account Management
Development and management of own relationship with the client, and day-to-day client management
Lead the relationships and management of markets, all agencies, and partners
Effective management of regular project and status meetings with clients (and markets where relevant), including consolidation of notes and actions
Support in the campaign strategy and project planning (with Account lead)
Lead internal and All Agency brainstorms, and ideas development
Lead all market communication, global toolkits, activation planning
Development and management of project timelines, budgets, invoicing/cost management, PO’s
Implementation of all aspects of the campaign touch points including; general rights delivery, talent/ambassador appearances, live activations, digital & social strategies, PR & Comms
KPI setting and campaign evaluation
Approvals process and management
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken
Agency experience
Ability to influence decision making processes, both within the Agency and the client organization
Ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activities with tight deadlines
Ability to think on your feet and take appropriate actions to resolve any unforeseen issues as they arise
Ability to enthuse and motivate others
Presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to clients / suppliers including use of Microsoft PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – and attention to detail
Creative thinking
Knowledge of, and passion for, both sport and music & entertainment is a bonus
