  • 1. Respond to requests for CAFM asset system assistance in person, via phone or electronically
  • 2. To be able to co-ordinate with Maintenance operatives and contractors, including working alongside other external CAFM support teams and The Hard Services and Maintenance Manager .
  • 3. Research all CAFM PPM requests using available information & resources
  • 4. Advise callers on appropriate actions being taken, Schedules and planned works.
  • 5. Follow standard CAFM procedures
  • 6. Log all CAFM interactions eg requests for new equipment or removal of old equipment . Changes to Planned schedules etc.
  • 7. Administer CAFM software
  • 8. Redirect problems to appropriate resources
  • 9. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to Hard Services and Maintenance Manager.
  • 10. Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
  • 11. Prepare activity reports
  • 12. Keep up to date with system information, changes and updates 13. Filing and any other administration tasks.
