DERMATOLOGY SALES SPECIALIST (Female and available in Qatar) – PMed Co – Doha

Job Description

The duties of a Dermatology Sales Specialist include being sales-focused while developing an understanding of a client’s skincare problems to offer them the best solutions. As a dermatology sales specialist, she must be knowledgeable about pharmaceutical product and understanding aesthetics and unique skin needs. She will develop relationships with healthcare and cosmetic professionals and other potential buyers while maintaining and understanding of the current marketplace, competitors, and how prescribers make their buying decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing appointments and meetings to the clinic, pharmacy and hospital-based healthcare staff to sell and promote company products.
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all products offered.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct presentation, demos and relay objection handling.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers to promote new or current products.
  • Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Answer all questions and address all concerns that the customer may have.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
  • Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
  • Take orders and disburse receipts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must have QATAR ID
  • Must have Qatar Driver’s License
  • Must have NOC or Work Permit (if under family visa)
  • University Degree in Medicine, Dermatology, Surgical, Nursing, or related field
  • Significant work experience in sales of Derma products & devices
  • Sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, aesthetics, or healthcare industry
  • Must have expertise in medical and therapeutic strategies and be able to accurately explain clinical information of various skin products to healthcare professionals who provide them to their patients
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Proven success rate at levels above quotas
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Effective Sales and presentation skills
