- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Liaise with relevant organisations, departments and/or clients as needed
- Prepare necessary support documents for the PRO to be able to renew and process the required official documents of company, work permits, IDs, etc.
- Perform tasks relating to recruitment, employee relations, and staff concerns
- Provide periodic reports relating to HR functions
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
- Maintain daily attendance, absence and leave record, and liaise with Corporate Payroll team to submit the relevant reports every month
- Administer health and life insurance programs
- Maintain and update employees directory list and client contact list
- Maintain calendar of weddings/events as per company rules and regulations
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Managing Director
Skills & Qualities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience and extensive knowledge of the entire employee lifecycle.
- Knowledgeable of Qatar Labor Law and WPS process
- Ability to communicate at all levels, with excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills.
- Willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment, be open to ideas and values which may differ from their own.
- Willingness to adapt to a changing environment with changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in support of new ideas.
- Confident and friendly individual with the ability to build good relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office for office documentation
- Good English and Arabic written and verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: QAR8,500.00 – QAR10,000.00 per month
