HR Officer (Arabic Speaker) – People Dynamics – Doha

  • Coordinate office activities and operations
  • Liaise with relevant organisations, departments and/or clients as needed
  • Prepare necessary support documents for the PRO to be able to renew and process the required official documents of company, work permits, IDs, etc.
  • Perform tasks relating to recruitment, employee relations, and staff concerns
  • Provide periodic reports relating to HR functions
  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
  • Maintain daily attendance, absence and leave record, and liaise with Corporate Payroll team to submit the relevant reports every month
  • Administer health and life insurance programs
  • Maintain and update employees directory list and client contact list
  • Maintain calendar of weddings/events as per company rules and regulations
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Managing Director

Skills & Qualities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience and extensive knowledge of the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Knowledgeable of Qatar Labor Law and WPS process
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, with excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills.
  • Willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment, be open to ideas and values which may differ from their own.
  • Willingness to adapt to a changing environment with changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in support of new ideas.
  • Confident and friendly individual with the ability to build good relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated attitude and ability to work on own initiative.

  • Methodical and consistent approach to the organisation of workload.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office for office documentation
  • Good English and Arabic written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: QAR8,500.00 – QAR10,000.00 per month
