Job Responsibilities

· Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.

· Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

· Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.

· Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

· Oversee social media accounts’ design and content.

· Increasing brand awareness and market share.

· Conducting branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

· Keeping informed of marketing and social media strategies and trends.

· In-store product photography

Qualifications

· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

· Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.

Skills Required

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

· Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

· Knowledge of online marketing channels

· Familiarity with web design

· Exceptional Analytical and Organisational skills

· Accuracy and attention to detail

Contract length: 24 months
