IMMEDIATE HIRING – SALES EXECUTIVE

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree Graduate

· 3-10 years of relevant experience

· Daily working hours: Mall hours

· Work location: Lusail

· Shift: Day/Night

· Industry: Jewelry & watch boutique

Duties:

· The sales executive is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service maximum boutique sales and maintaining a high standard of merchandise presentation in the outlet

· Deliver a consistent high level of customer service in order to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

· Maximize sales opportunities, going extra miles to drive sales, tracking sales performance and striving to achieve sales target.

· Actively seek out customer’s welcoming them and answering their queries.

· Inventory control in accordance with retail and merchandising policy.

· Handle returns of merchandise in accordance with retail and merchandising policy.

· Handle customer complaints, referring any complaints immediately to shop supervisor or retail shop manager.
